Located in the centre of Preston off the historical Winckley Square with easy access by road and rail, it’s a great space for a growing business to stretch their legs and be part of a collaborative, creative workspace.

Tucked at the back of our Georgian town house this flexible space is semi-furnished, depending on what’s needed, has it’s own intercom and includes access to shared kitchen facilities.

If you’re not looking to put down roots just yet we have spaces available for one-off bookings for meetings, workshops and larger groups with a range of capacites.
